One of the best lantern and symbol photos of Japan I have seen. This is truly the essence of Japan in one photograph. Hopefully, the photographer will permit me to exhibit this in my blog.

WATERCOLOR OF YOKOHAMA PIER 1870s era... By Robert L.Huffstutter

It has taken me over a month to get back into a state of mind that will permit me to paint. Perhaps it is the season, a very cool spring. Perhaps it is my past haunting me about a day on a pier in Yokosuka long ago when I made a promise to return. Why does Fate return in time to make us account for promises never kept? Well, as a painter and a writer, I share my heart and soul with my viewers. Thanks, Robert
