IT IS COMFORTING TO KNOW THAT...these impromteau fashion shows are still happening in some of Japan's larger cities.
I like this photo because it akin to a fashion statement for some segments of the youthful Japanese populace. While it has been a long while since I was in Japan, it's good to know that such impromteau fashion shows are still a happening event.
